Your tenants make rent payments and communicate repair requests and other issues directly to Madison Park through our online portal or if preferred, with a Madison Park concierge by phone. You have an owner’s portal for real-time financial reporting and apartment condition updates.

We communicate directly with building management, acting as your representative for day-to-day tenant matters and compliance issues. We’re available to your tenants and your building’s management team 24/7.

When a tenant ends their lease, we will coordinate and work closely with your broker, manage the new tenant’s leasing paperwork, and conduct the apartment turnover (repairs and cleaning) prior to the new tenant’s move-in. If more extensive renovations are desired, we can manage them as well.
