Madison Park was founded by two seasoned New York real estate executives. We have run real estate management, operations, and leasing businesses in New York City for over 20 years. When it comes to real estate management - from managing luxury condominium buildings, to helping buyers and sellers through closings, to managing renovations, to navigating real estate laws and compliance regulations in NYC - we’ve done it all.
We have also seen how condo unit investors are left to navigate the New York City real estate world on their own. So we decided to create a resource just for them. That’s Madison Park.
